Easter at Spetses!

Happy Easter to all!  
Following the tradition, spending last years' Easter's holidays at Spetses, I decided to spend the Holy days at Spetses.  Together with Androniki, Eirini, Vasso, and Lena, we arrived at the island on Holy Friday afternoon, and after a while, we went at the church for the Epitaph and later at 'Poseidonion Grand Hotel' for some drinks where all Epitaphs of all churches meet and it is really beautiful.

Χρόνια Πολλά και Χριστός Ανέστη σε όλους!  
Ακολουθώντας την παράδοση να περνάω τα τελευταία χρόνια τις διακοπές του Πάσχα στις Σπέτσες, αποφάσισα να περάσω τις Άγιες ημέρες του Πάσχα στις Σπέτσες.  Μαζί με την Ανδρονίκη, την Ειρήνη, τη Βάσω, και τη Λένα, φτάσαμε στο νησί το απόγευμα της Μεγάλης Παρασκευής και λίγο αργότερα, πήγαμε στην εκκλησία για τον Επιτάφιο κι αργότερα στο ξενοδοχείο 'Poseidonion Grand Hotel' για ποτό όπου συναντιούνται όλοι οι Επιτάφιοι απ' όλες τις εκκλησίες και είναι πολύ όμορφα.

Later, we went for dinner at 'Orloff', our favourite restaurant in Spetses.
Αργότερα, πήγαμε για φαγητό στο 'Ορλώφ', το αγαπημένο μας εστιατόριο στις Σπέτσες.

On Holy Saturday, we met with the girls for coffee at Ntapia. 
Το Μεγάλο Σάββατο, συναντηθήκαμε με τα κορίτσια για καφέ στη Ντάπια.

... we reached 'Votsalo' bar where we had some first drinks.

Good Saturday night, at midnight, is the time of Christ's Resurrection and we are at Agios Nikolaos church waiting for the Holy light.  The atmosphere is so great!
Το Μεγάλο Σάββατο το βράδυ είναι η Ανάσταση του Χριστού και μας βρίσκει στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου να περιμένουμε το Άγιο Φώς.  Η ατμόσφαιρα είναι τόσο τέλεια!

We ended our night at 'Tole' bar-restaurant, the perfect spot in Old Port, for the traditional dinner with 'mageiritsa' and drinks.
Τελειώσαμε τη βραδιά μας στο 'Tole' bar-restaurant, το τέλειο μέρος στο Παλιό Λιμάνι, για το παραδοσιακό δείπνο με μαγειρίτσα και ποτά.
 

And the winner of Easter eggs' smashing is Vasso!
Και η νικήτρια από το τσούγκρισμα των πασχαλινών αβγών είναι η Βάσω!
