Each time I visit London, I schedule to spend a day strolling around
Sloane Square, one of my favourite places in London. The
perfect area for a morning stroll with plenty of choices for shopping, coffee
or lunch and art lovers.

…I met my friend Magdalini and we visited ‘Post Pop: East Meets West’
exhibition at Saatchi Gallery. The
exhibition celebrates the art being produced in China, the Former Soviet Union,
the UK, and the USA since the heyday of Pop, and presents them in relation to
each other through the framework of six themes: Habitat, Advertising and
Consumerism, Celebrity and Mass Media, Art History, Religion and Ideology, Sex
and the Body.

μου Μαγδαληνή κι επισκεφτήκαμε την έκθεση ‘Post Pop: East Meets West’ στη Saatchi Gallery. Η έκθεση γιορτάζει την τέχνη
που παράχθηκε στην Κίνα, στην Πρώην Σοβιετική Ένωση, στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, και
στην Αμερική στο απόγειο της ποπ, και παρουσιάζει αυτές τις χώρες σε σχέση
μεταξύ τους στα πλαίσια έξι θεμάτων: Κατοικία, Διαφήμιση και Καταναλωτισμός,
Διασημότητα και Μέσα Μαζικής Ενημέρωσης, Ιστορία της Τέχνης, Θρησκεία και
Ιδεολογία, Σεξ και Σώμα.
