Sunday Brunch...

Sunday brunch is one of the rare meal times that ticks all the boxes: it’s leisurely, and because it’s not quite breakfast and not quite lunch almost anything goes. Of course for me a perfect Sunday brunch includes Sunday roast, a traditional British meal consisting of roasted meat and potatoes, accompannied with Yorkshire pudding, vegetables and cravy. And what a better place to enjoy a leisurely brunch than Berner’s Tavern in Edition hotel London, where you can find a beautiful setting with a relaxed atmophere and a menu that satisfies all tastes.

This is how Sundays should be spend!

Το Κυριακάτικο brunch είναι ένα από τα λίγα γεύματα που συμπληρώνει όλα τα κουτιά: είναι χαλαρό, και επειδή δεν είναι ούτε πρωινό αλλά ούτε και μεσημεριανό μπορεί κανείς να φάει ότι θέλει. Φυσικά, για μένα ένα τέλειο κυριακάτικο brunch περιλαμβάνει ψητό (Sunday roast), ένα παραδοσιακό Βρετανικό γεύμα που αποτελείται από ψητό κρέας και πατάτες, συνοδεία  Yorkshire πουτίγκας, λαχανικών και σάλτσας. Και ποιο το καλύτερο μέρος για να απολαύσει κανείς ένα χαλαρό brunch από το Berner’s Tavern στο ξενοδοχείο Edition του Λονδίνου, όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ένα όμορφο περιβάλλον με μια χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα και ένα μενού που ικανοποιεί όλα τα γούστα.
