Saturday morning at Portobello market!

There's nothing better to do in London on Saturday morning than strolling around Portobello Μarket in Notting Hill.  So, the first Saturday that we were in London and taking advantage of the sunny weather, the usual gung (Dimitra, Androniki, Elena, and I) decided to spend the morning at Portobello Μarket.  So many things to see and buy and so cute places to have some rest and enjoy a cup of coffee!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι καλύτερο να κάνεις στο Λονδίνο το πρωινό του Σαββάτου από το να κάνεις βόλτα στην αγορά του Portobello στο Notting Hill. Έτσι, το πρώτο Σάββατο που ήμασταν στο Λονδίνο και εκμεταλλεύοντας τον ηλιόλουστο καιρό, η συνηθισμένη συμμορία (η Δήμητρα, η Ανδρονίκη, η Έλενα, κι εγώ) αποφασίσαμε να περάσουμε το πρωινό στην αγορά του Portobello.  Τόσα πολλά πράγματα να δεις και να αγοράσεις και τόσο χαριτωμένα μέρη για να ξεκουραστείς και να απολαύσεις έναν καφέ!

Being a lover of grey colour, I chose to pair my leather leggings from 'Bershka' with a grey 'Hollister' jacket, grey 'Zara' scarf and bag, and grey 'Ugg' boots.
Λατρεύοντας το γκρι χρώμα, επέλεξα να συνδυάσω το δερμάτινο κολάν μου από το 'Βershka' μ' ένα 'Hollister' μπουφάν, γκρι 'Zara' φουλάρι και τσάντα, και γκρι 'Ugg' μπότες.

...Dimitra matched it with a pair of 'Isabel Marant pour h&m' sneakers and Chanel bag.  I loved her armparty with 'dridriworldjewls' and 'Liana Vourakis' bracelets!

While Elena paired her coat with a 'Joseph' sweater in amazing colours and a 'Balengiaca' bag.
Ενώ η Έλενα συνδύασε το παλτό της μ' ένα 'Joseph' πουλόβερ σε φανταστικά χρώματα και μια 'Balengiaca' τσάντα.

Androniki, always stylish, matched her leather leggings with a pair of Nike sneakers.
Η Ανδρονίκη, πάντα στυλάτη, συνδύασε το δερμάτινο κολάν της με Nike sneakers.

We couldn't miss the opportunity to have some photos at the 'The Notting Hill Bookshop', famous from the titled movie and classic touristic attraction in Notting Hill!
Δε γινόταν να χάσουμε την ευκαιρία να βγάλουμε κάποιες φωτογραφίες στο βιβλιοπωλείο 'The Notting Hill Bookshop', διάσημο από την ομότιτλη ταινία και κλασσικό αξιοθέατο στο Notting Hill!

As far as I know, the weather in London is sunny and warm, so this Saturday, if you are in London, take the opportunity to visit Portobello Μarket.  It's going to be crowed but it's gonna be a lot of fun!
Aπ' όσο ξέρω, ο καιρός στο Λονδίνο είναι ηλιόλουστος και ζεστός, έτσι αυτό το Σάββατο, αν είστε στο Λονδίνο, μη χάσετε την ευκαιρία να επισκεφτείτε την αγορά του Portobello.  Θα έχει πολύ κόσμο αλλά θα είναι πολύ ωραία!

My visit to the National Gallery!

One 'must see' when you are in London, whether you are an art lover or not, is the National Gallery.  The reason is that it displays one of the finest collections of Western European painting, representing artists of the late medieval period and Renaissance to the French impressionists.  But moreover, it's the building of the National Gallery which is a 'must see' attraction, situated in Trafalgar Square.
So, a stop at the National Gallery was a must for me and Androniki, since there is always something new to see, exhibited in the Gallery.

Κάτι που' πρέπει να δείς' όταν βρίσκεσαι στο Λονδίνο , είτε είσαι λάτρης της τέχνης είτε όχι, είναι η Εθνική Πινακοθήκη.  Ο λόγος είναι ότι εκθέτει μία από τις καλύτερες συλλογές της δυτικοευρωπαϊκής ζωγραφικής, εκπροσωπώντας καλλιτέχνες της μεσαιωνικής περιόδου και της Αναγέννησης ως τους Γάλλους ιμπρεσιονιστές.  Αλλά επιπλέον, το κτίριο της Εθνικής Πινακοθήκης είναι ένα αξιοθέατο που πρέπει να δεις, το οποίο βρίσκεται στην πλατεία Trafalgar.
Έτσι, μία στάση στην Εθνική Πινακοθήκη ήταν απαραίτητη για εμένα και την Ανδρονική, αφού πάντα υπάρχει κάτι καινούριο να δεις, το οποίο εκτίθεται στην Πινακοθήκη.

Our day couldn't end better than having some drinks with our friend George in a new entry place, the amazing bar of London Edition Hotel, highly recommended if you' ll be in London.
