'Second Floor: The private apartment of Mademoiselle Chanel'

A photographic exhibition by Sam Taylor-Johnson in Saatchi Gallery which features a series of 34 photographs capturing the private apartment of Mademoiselle Chanel. The apartment is situated on the second floor above the famous boutique in 31 Rue Cambon in Paris and it is the only complete Chanel interior in existence. Thephotographs illustrate the mirrored staircase leading up to the apartment and objects and furnitures that were so treasured by Mademoiselle Chanel.

Μια φωτογραφική έκθεση απότον Sam Taylor-Johnson στην Saatchi Gallery η οποία περιλαμβάνει μια σειρά από 34 φωτογραφίες που απεικονίζουν το ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα της Mademoiselle Chanel. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον δεύτερο όροφο πάνω από τη διάσημη μπουτίκ στο νούμερο 31 της Rue Cambon στο Παρίσι και είναι ο μόνος εσωτερικός χώρος της Chanel που υπάρχει. Οι φωτογραφίες απεικονίζουν το είδωλο της σκάλας που οδηγεί μέχρι το διαμέρισμα και αντικείμενα και έπιπλα που ήταν πολύ προσφιλής στην Mademoiselle Chanel.

The 'One & Only' bags!

What's the stylistic secret of the most elegant women in Athens?  The unique handmade 'One & Only' bags by the talented creator Eirini Papadopoulou who managed to combine the Greek tradition with the latest fashion trends.  A new brand that counts just six months, succeeded to  gain the trust of women who desire a particular and more personal style in their appearance and became the 'talk of the town' in Athens!
The 'One & Only' bags and clutches are all 'one of a kind', 100% handmade, knitted with crochet by Eirini who uses cotton-jersey strips of fabric decorated with Swarovski stones, strass, but more simple motif too.  For Autumn '14/Winter '15, the collection  becomes larger with shoulder, cross body, and all day bags.  And of course, more materials such as velvet, tulle, and lycra are added, while the colours are in the shades of grey, burgundy red, purple, emerald green, earthy colours, black, and blue.

I could hardly describe the impression that 'One & Only' bags made to me when I faced them for the first time! Not only amazing designs, but of great quality too!  These bags will definitely be the top accessory of our winter wardrobe!
Δύσκολα θα μπορούσα να περιγράψω την εντύπωση που μου έκαναν οι 'One & Only' τσάντες όταν τις αντίκρισα!  Όχι μόνο τέλεια σχέδια, αλλά και καταπληκτική ποιότητα!  Αυτές οι τσάντες θα γίνουν σίγουρα το καλύτερο αξεσουάρ της χειμερινής μας ντουλάπας!
